The summary of products
The SMZ series integral installation vertical thrust sliding
bearings mostly are used for the vertical rotary electrical motors
and other equipment, so as to support the axial and radial force.
It mainly includes thrust pads (with dished springs and
supporters), guide pads, supporting board (used for supporting of
the thrust pads), seat of guide pad, regulation bolt, oil-water
cooler, shell, expansion sleeve of thrust collar, oil seal device,
inside and outside oil baffle tube and so on. According to the
different operation condition and the size of load of the bearing,
it can adopt different mode of lubrication: self-lubrication or
pressure oil cycle lubrication. For the self-lubrication bearing,
its cooling often adopts self-cooling or via the water passed
through radiator installed in the shell. The lubricant through the
groove designed on the supporting board inflow between the thrust
collar and inside oil baffle tube. After enter in to the thrust
pads and working surface of the guide pads, outflow from the guide
bearing seat and outside oil baffle tube, cooling by the oil-water
cooler then go to the recycle.

technical character
SMZ series bearings were developed bearing unit based on the SM
series bearings. It is better than the SM series bearings to have
no use for designing bearing tank and its cooling system by the
users themselves. They can more conveniently and directly take the
bearing unit to use for necessary equipment (electric motor). These
series bearings except all the feature of SMZ series bearings, also
they have the following feature:
1.The casting bearing box with radiating ribs enable the unit of
integral bearing to has the reliable rigidity. The anti-vibration
performance is good. The appearance is exquisite. The structure is
more compact and reasonable.
2.Adopting upper thrust collar insulation structure enables the
insulation of the bearing to be more credible and safer.
3.Adopting eliminating the gap device on the inside of thrust
collar and journal carry out clearance assembly and without
clearance operation. The whole parts of the bearing once assemble
without disassembly. Accordingly to shorten the time of assembly of
the bearing greatly.
4.Adopting the best oil-water cooler and anti-leakage structure
enable the effect of cooling of the bearing to be better, the
operation to be more credible. Integral bearing unit adopts double
anti-leakage structure enable the bearing without leakage during
the operation. When the bearing uses water cooling device, usually
the cooler adopts oil-water cooler made of ring-like double metal
wing piece tube or copper wire cord reed pipes. The working
pressure is 0.3~0.5Mpa. Velocity of flow is 1.2~1.5m/s. The testing
water pressure is twice of working pressure. Not allow leakage
within 30 minutes, capacity of the water supplying of the cooler
see table 2. The water quality is deposited working water.
